Good Morning Pangolins

Remember to keep working on those dressing skills and other self help skills.

Today we are going to read our story, sing the songs, puzzles and number then some sensory play.

Let’s get started.

Activity - Complete the colour matching game from your Home Learning Pack or find some blue things at home.

Time for our story.

Can you find your eyes, ears and teeth?

Activity - Complete a puzzle. Talk about the puzzle pieces, naming them.

Time for playtime, let your child have some free time. Play alongside them, talking about what they are doing.

Snack Time. 

Time to try some new foods, this week I have oranges for my snack at home even though I really like biscuits and chocolates.

Time for Numbers.

Activity -Listen to the number rhyme, count the monkeys. Try the signs.

Lunch Time

Keep trying some different foods. It is fine to explore new foods with our hands, by smell and even lick the foods. Pangolins are getting good at trying new foods.

This afternoon remember to go for a walk and see if you can see any spring flowers like daffodils or snowdrops.

Sensory play

Time to explore different textures with our hands. Here are some ideas - water play, cereal, cold baked beans, dried or cooked pasta or noodles.

You can also finger paint or use flour. We made some fake snow last week with cornflour and fabric conditioner which all the Pangolins enjoyed.

Then share a story - CBeebies Bedtime stories are good.
