We even went to Catterick Air Base and took part in parachuting (Jake was not too sure, so Mr Hillan gave him a hand by throwing him out of the plane!).

Today we have been writing to our classmates who aren't in school! We wrote letters and sent them in the post.
Carol Singing - December 2020.
Shark class visited West View care home to sing for the people living there. This was a little different this year as our children would usually go inside to great the residents, however still in true Springwell Christmas Spirit we sang even louder outside so that everyone could hear us. We also handed over some beautiful hand made cards for them to display made by our children across school.

The children of shark class really enjoyed our festive activities. They loved making their own wooden snowmen to sell at the Christmas fair.
Message in a bottle - November 2020
Shark Class went to the Headland to throw their message in a bottle into the water. The children thought of this idea after reading our class book Kensuke's Kingdom. We also got a response in January when we returned to school from a young girl and her little brother who had found our bottle!
Wildlife Rescue Rangers! - 8th October.
On our Mile -A -Day we found a hedgehog, Shark Class decided to rescue Harry and take him to safety.
