Toucan Class
"Welcome to Toucan Class"
We are an autism specific KS1 class. Caroline Derbyshire is our teacher and Karen, Mel, Kyra & Annette are our teaching assistants.
We follow an early years curriculum but in an autism friendly way with limited language and short structured activities.
We use the TEACCH approach (University of North Carolina) at regular intervals in the day.
