Welcome to Tiger Class!

Our teacher is Sarah Clasper.

Our teaching assistants are Abbie, Amanda and Lynn.

Tiger class is a class of 9 children with a variety of learning difficulties.

On our class page you will find information about what we are learning in class and the many exciting events that are coming up throughout the year. We will also use this page to share photographs and videos of your child's learning and any other special activities that occur within our class.

17th June 2019

Today Tiger class went to the beach to pick up all the plastic and other litter to stop it going into the sea. We have learnt about the danger of rubbish going into the sea and how it effects all the living sea creatures.

09th May 2019

Tiger class took part in the reading cafe today. We invited parents and carers to come and watch our performance of 'Wherever next' and to have some food with us.

Today Tiger class went to Jump 360 for world maths day.

They counted jumps and discovered lots of different shapes.

Friday 5th April 2019

Tiger Class participated in the Easter Egg hunt at school today and won some delicious chocolate eggs.

Monday 1st April 2019

Today Tiger Class took a trip to the town centre to visit a travel agent as part of our topic. We went to Thomas Cook and they let us answer the phones, look at the computers and come away with some holiday brochures.

Wednesday 13th February

Tiger class had a Pirate party on Wednesday as part of the Pirate topic in History

4th February 2019 - Chinese New Year

Today Tiger Class explored Chinese food in cookery to celebrate Chinese New Year. They had a smell and taste of different ingredients, then got to taste the meals. They had Egg fried rice, vegetable chow mein, spring rolls, curry sauce and prawn crackers.

28th January 2019 - Trip to Historic Quay

Tiger class enjoyed our trip to Historic Quay on our Pirate workshop.
