15.12.25- Cookery- We made Christmas tree biscuits and decorated them with peppermint icing!
12.12.25- PSHRE- We loved exploring our snowy scene and playing together with the trains!
5.12.25- Llamas enjoyed our Christmas sensory Winter Wonderland themed activities!
01.12.25- Christmas has landed in Llama class! We had fun decorating the Christmas tree and exploring our new winter themed sensory tray.
27.11.25- Messy textured play- We enjoyed using all of our senses and exploring in the messy textures and manipulating the sand, foam, slime and flour!
25.11.25- PSHRE- Imagination Village- Exploring the different role play areas!
19.11.25- Reading- Today we had our ' Share a story' session with parents/families and enjoyed story time, nursery rhymes and crafts.
19.11.25- We loved exploring and playing out in the snow today!
11.11.25- Remembrance Day activities - Exploring red sensory resources and making Poppy handprints.
10.11.25- Physical Development- We enjoyed exploring, balls, hoops, ribbons, beanbags and sensory balls.
5.11.25- Writng- Bonfire themed sensory mark making activities!
4.11.25- Physical Development- Some of our children participated in multi-skills at a SEND Sports event!
4.11.25- Llamas participated in a 'Hand hygiene' session today! They enjoyed looking at their hands under the lamp and seeing the germs light up before washing them.
3.11.25- Art - We enjoyed fork painting to create our own owls from the story 'Wow Said the Owl'
24.10.25- Halloween day! We had fun exploring lots of Halloween themed messy trays including jelly with worms, spaghetti and eyeballs, pumpkin and pomegranate exploration.
22.10.25- Understanding the world- Celebrating 'Diwali'. Llama class enjoyed tasting foods from different cultures and mark making on mehndi patterned handprints.
16.10.25- Maths- Linked to our 'Bear Sees Colours' story we explored compare bears, sorted them into colours and created patterns with the bears by matching.
15.10.25- Understanding the World- We visited Ward Jackson park and took our class bear to find different colours, relating to our story 'Bear Sees Colours'
14.10.25- Literacy- Love of reading! We loved exploring and sharing different book, turning the pages and listening to adults read.
13.10.25- Expressive Arts (Music)- Today we explored xylophones and enjoyed listening to the different sounds we could create.
7.10.25- PSHRE- Imagination Village trip- We had lots of fun playing, using our imagination and exploring the different areas. We practised our skills in turn taking, waiting and playing alongside others.
7.10.25- Art- We used Autumnal colours to create leaves on trees by finger painting.
1.10.25- Understanding the world- Having lots of fun exploring the 'messy morning activities' today!
26.9.25- Writing- Today we participated in 'Squiggle while you wiggle' and used our gross motor movements to create marks in the air!
25.9.25- Love of reading- We loved exploring different books about colour today!
23.9.25- PSHRE- Llamas loved a visit to Tweddle Farm, taking turns handling the rabbits and interacting with each other on the play equipment.
23.9.25- Cookery- We decorated our fairy cakes with different coloured icing and communicated which colour we wanted each time!
22.9.25- Expressive Arts- Music - Llamas enjoyed exploring different musical instruments around the environment.
18.9.25- Art- Today we printed using sponges and different coloured paints related to Elmer!
18.9.25- Understanding the world- Today we had a visit from the PAT dog 'Ronnie'. We took turns stroking him and helped him look at himself in the mirror!
16.9.25- PSHRE- Today we explored ourselves and enjoyed looking in mirrors at our faces and actions!
9.9.25- PSHRE - Today we visited Summerhill park and explored the play equipment, taking turns and interacting with eachother!
8.9.25- DT- Cookery- We made fairycakes and decorated them using orange icing for our colour of the week!
